This Brazil is loads of dried fruit sweetness to accompany the round chocolate notes. When brewed as espresso the raisin, deeper sweet notes are more obvious whilst filter brewed this coffee moves more into the yoghurt covered dried strawberry pieces.

This is the fruitiest of the 3 Brazils we're launching this month, with CooperRIta being the lightest, and Rocinha being the most classic in profile, with lots of nutty chocolate.
